Meet The Team
Emilio S. Belaval
MD, FAAEM
Dr. Belaval is the President of Medical Strategies & Management Systems, LLC “MS²”. He has extensive healthcare leadership and management experience as a former ED Chairman, Medical Director, and CMO. As a consultant, Dr. Belaval has introduced several hospitals to business enterprise change methodologies and helped develop some of the most efficient Hospital operations in the country. Dr. Belaval has lectured and published articles on patient flow redesign and Hospital change management and routinely advises and collaborates with other healthcare consulting firms on patient flow redesign projects. He is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and completed his training at Boston Medical Center.
Monique Savoie
MBA
Ms. Savoie serves as General Business Manager and Customer Support Coordinator for MS². She has extensive experience in business and systems analysis, database management, financial and budget analysis, SDLC and project management. Monique has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Associates Degree in Computer Programming and a MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Information Management. As Client Support Coordinator for MS² Monique provides communications, data management and other non-clinical support to our clients.
Joseph Twanmoh
MD, MBA
Dr. Twanmoh is a certified physician with extensive experience in leadership and management. Joseph has acted as a Medical Director, ED Chairman, and as the Director for Health Systems Innovation for the Northern Division of one of the Largest ED contract management firm in the US. Joseph is a graduate of the UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and received his MBA from the Johns Hopkins University Carey School of Business.
He is past president of the Maryland Chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians, serves on the Practice Committee for the American College of Emergency Physicians, and is a fellow of both, the American College of Emergency Physicians and the American Academy of Emergency Medicine.
